Question

iOS4.3 - How do I "download and then update"?

Having read the problems many people had during the update, I'm very reluctant to use the "download and update" option at iTunes. But, I'm willing to try the method mentioned in the topic.
Question is; how do I do that? I checked the forum but nobody gave a walk-thru and google is a dead end.
Can anyone tell me what to do after I click the "download only" option at iTunes?

Just click on update then it will give you the options of download only. Click on that.

That is exactly what I've asked. I see the "download only" option. I'll click and it will download the update file. That bit, I understand.
What do I do then? How do I do the update later on?

Just go back into iTunes and click 'Update' and the process will complete the installation (hopefully).

We've updated 2 iPhones and 2 iPod Touches without problem using the 'Download' followed by the 'Update', so it should work!
