How to fix my corrupted Itunes backup ? HELP

HI,

I updated my iPhone to iOS 4.3 yesterday but it didn't succeed.
I then restored my iPhone to 4.3 but when I tried to restore my iTunes backup to the iPhone. It takes only 5 secondes to restore (iso 5-6 minutes in general)and doesn't put back all my backup in my iPhone.

I am now with an iPhone 4 without any data on it (no sms, no notes, no camera roll photos). I can still see my backup folder in Finder which weighs 7.89Go and many many files in it.

Question: How can I manage to repair this backup or at least collect back my SMS and photos?
