in iOS 4.3 VGA adapter does not work

This is a bug the developers or so conceived?

Ditto for me. I've updated my software to v. 4.3. When I plug it in I get a warning on my phone that the accessory isn't designed for my phone and will potentially weaken my cell signal, create sound interference, etc. When I try to play a video from my iPod library and I tap the Airplay icon it does show that it is sharing it to the dock, but it shows it's only sharing audio, but I can't even here the audio through my tv I am still hearing audio/seeing video only on my iPhone, which is an iPhone4.

Same problem with my iPad and VGA adapter.
I used it with iOS 4.2 and a micro LED projector.

Since the update to iOS 4.3 it stopped working.
But it still produces an output via the cable...
the projector shows a message "unusable signal".

if there would be NO signal it would show the "no signal" message...

hopefully Apple will fix this very soon!

Today I decided to try the "reset the devie"-option but it seems that I just only wasted my time on that.
Same problem but iTunes hasn't correctly restored my previously built backup... bugs and more bugs!

It's a shame that there's no solution for this and Apple doesn't seem to care.
Expensive devices with more expensive accessories and after the update: incompatible!
