scp, ftp, mounting ssh

I was e bit crazy i was buy new Macbookpro 17 and iMac 21 for making online applications in flexpoint, zendframework, and rails sometimis. But i need to work remotly on my linux serwers.
How can i mount FTP server with WRITE permition?
how can i mount servers disc by ssh ? or your use scp?

I am completly supprised that it is not posible in OS, :(((
What i have to install to mount disc by shh, and useing GIT like on windows and ubuntu??

Working on Ubuntu with virtualbox is to slow.

ssh is included (along with scp and sftp). They work fine from within an Applications -> Utilities -> Terminal session.

You can install MacFUSE and that will allow mounting remote file systems via ssh. Is that what you are looking for?

Mac OS X only allows readonly FTP file system mounting. I think you can get writable FTP file system mounts via MacFUSE as well.

There are also GUI utilities (such as CyberDuck) that will give you a drag and drop read/write FTP (SFTP) access to an FTP server.
