What is an ODS Agent?

When I go into my Firewall setting in System Preferences there is an ODS Agent. What is this? Is it dangerous, is it a virus? If so, how do I get rid of it? I've never noticed it there before (but perhaps it has always been there). I'd be grateful for any advice. Thanks
