Mar 5, 2015 2:39 PM in response to Go for Joyby kristen_s,I was so happy when I found this post because this has been one of the most frustrating things I deal with on a daily basis! I was so excited to try this out, but unfortunately this didn't work for me even after closing and reopening the file. Are you supposed to still see the borders when viewing the PDF or should it show the PDF without borders? Any advice is appreciated! I'm currently running Word 2010 on Mavericks 10.9.5 OS X.

Mar 5, 2015 3:09 PM in response to MartinHughby MartinHugh,Sometimes I have to try anything else to reset settings. Like shift to landscape, then back to portrait. Also, must go back to Page Setup and reset page size in Manage Page Sizes. I dread this and sometimes it takes a long time, but eventually there are no borders at all.

Mar 15, 2015 7:04 AM in response to MartinHughby therealbinjuice,Thanks all - some great comments that greatly assist.
The OP was able to direct me to a plausible solution but I didn't have any luck in being able to select the new Custom Margin Size that I had created (was greyed out). This was after quitting and restarting Word. I wasn't able to resolve this issue as intended.
The printer I had selected did not have the option to print PDF Borderless, so clearly the OP had a like for like issue as mine. As the approach didn't work I was able to select an older printer driver that I still had installed that could print PDF. Doing so revealed the PDF Borderless option and thereby resolved the print to PDF border issue.
