I took my defective Ipad 2 to the nearest best buy, the guy there told me that he would have it inspected by one "expert", so i waited to see what they would do about it, the expert came back and he told me the most st*pid words i've ever heard.... "this Ipad is not defective it is just dirty, you just have to clean it"... i was stunned 0_0/___sbsstatic___/migration-images/migration-img-not-avail.png/___sbsstatic__ _/migration-images/migration-img-not-avail.png/___sbsstatic___/migration-images/ migration-img-not-avail.png well then the manager told me that if i still wanted to return the ipad, i told him that i wanted to exchange it for another one, he told that they couldnt do it because the didnt have any in stock. then i mentioned that my 14 day grace period was about to expire and that what it would happen if they didnt receive any before that time.. then he told me another st*pid thing... "well thats the dilemma..." 0_0 agaaaaiiiin
do they really care about the costumer... so i want some advise from you :S
i dont know what to do, there is no apple store anywhere near me... i should try contacting apple to see if i can send the ipad to the nearest apple store for an exchange??
