iTunes error 4220

I'm having issues burning the music I have downloaded to CD, For some reason this is only the music I have downloaded from iTunes and not what I've put on there myself from CD. When I try the files burn and when it comes to finalising it just locks up and doesn't do anything till I eject the CD Manually then I get error message 4220
