Create a new Windows User account. Log out of your usual account and log into the new one. Do all three browsers function properly in the new account?
(I'm checking in particular here for signs that network and internet connection settings have gone funky in your usual user account.) -

The problem corrected itself the following day. My apologies for not posting that here. No idea what happened, made no changes during that time. They just started working again. All other 'net operations were OK under my user ID (ftp, local net, etc.) - just the 3 browsers messed up. M$ network 'wizards' could find nothing wrong (no comment). Very strange.
Thanks for the reply. -
