APPCRASH - iTunes version 10.2.1.1

During downloading itune update system crashed. Downloaded again and got message saying either repair files or remove, I chose repair files. However now cannot connect to itunes store and when I viewed details following message was displayed:

Module Version: 5.33.19.4Fault

Webkit.dll is used by more than one apple application so a single copy of it gets stored in Apple Application Support rather than in the iTunes program files. Have you tried a repair install of Apple Application Support?

Sorry to revive an old post, but I found this workaround and it worked *once* for me. However, iTunes is back to crashing again whenever I try to redeem a code. In fact, it always crashes twice in a row... it crashes right after the first AppCrash notice! Both times the WebKit DLL is the cause. Should I just re-install iTunes?

iTunes 10.5.2.11 (64-bit) on Windows 7 Enterprise 64-bit SP1 (all updates) on a Lenovo W700.
