Removing Developer-old

Removing Developer-old

Having just installed Xcode 4, do I need to keep the Developer-old directory that has been created in root?

How do I uninstall the Developer-old folder?

I tried moving to the trash, but it didn't work...was saying something about some blocked files. Is there a command to uninstall only the Developer-old and keep the Developer folder?
