Zaggmate Bluetooth Keyboard Won't Pair with iPad

Hi --

I recently purchased a Zaggmate bluetooth keyboard/case. I can't get it to pair with my iPad. The iPad finds the device fine and initiates the pairing, so I see the "enter this code on your keyboard" message. When I do and then hit enter, things spin for a while and then I get the "pairing unsuccessful" message.

I've tried every suggestion on the Zaggmate support page to no avail, and I have the latest iOS version. Anyone else have this problem?

I'm probably just going to give up and return the Zaggmate unless there is a simple fix.

I don't even remember pairing it so it must have been uneventful. Do other things pair successfully? Have you reset your iPad by holding down the home button and the power button until the silver apple appears? Have you called Zagg's tech support?

Do you have a computer that you can try to pair the keyboard with? Right now, it's pretty hard to tell if the problem lies in the keyboard or the iPad.

It's too bad you're having such a time of it. I love mine so much, I ordered one for my iPad 2.

It looks like during business hours, at least, Zagg offers live support, at least, I saw a link for it.
