iPhone 4 - ios 4.3 - Battery Drain

Hello all,
I've upgraded my iPhone4 to IOS 4.3.
After doing so, I've done a full charge (after it completely drained). I unplugged it at 10:00 AM today and by 16:00 the battery was down to 50% (with basically no usage during the day).
I have push, bluetooth, wi-fi, Hotspot, Location Service disabled. I also disabled Ping on iTunes, re-sync the phone and done the Restrictions > Disable Ping.
It is still draining a lot of battery as none of these above solved the problem.
What can I do? The phone is going to be 2 months old...

PC, Windows 7

I have the same issue and to top it all off, the majority of my message tones that were part of the 4.2.1 update are now cut down to maybe 2 seconds. They were longer before this 4.3 update, which apparently, is messing up a lot of iPhone users for battery life and who knows what else. I think Apple needs to come out with a fix ASAP!

So I've been using the phone with Location Services on and been calling people. My phone is at 26% now... not good, but not as bad as it used to be.
I've talked to a guy who knows some about Apple and phones - he said that each phone sold at the store is from different batches. That we already knew. What we didn't know is that the firmware on each batch may vary slightly - but slightly enough for a one-shot firmware update release to not be 100% compatible with all batches.
That's why, when you read the forum, you check that many users have different issues with the ios 4.3 (which, I might add, is absolutely flawed and too "beta" to be out in the public) ranging from battery to sms to e-mail. This is due to the fact that each phone is effectively different in terms of the original setup. So each user also has a different solution.
The solutions I've seen so far are:
1. Turn off Ping (been working for some users) by accessing General Settings > Restrictions > (Enable them) Turn off Ping
2. Restore from factory - what I did and it looks like it's working but the battery drain is still effective. I've heard that you have to restore the phone and don't update the data with a previous backup. I haven't tried it as I don't know what implications it has to apps. Any insight on this?

Hope I've been helpful. I'll keep you posted as I test the phone.

I've also got the problem that message tones are now only about 2 seconds, thought I was imagining it but checked and it's a definite problem. @sps1980 glad to see I'm not the only one with the problem.

Also got the battery draining real fast problem.

Dear Apple, thanks for releasing an operating system update that actually made my device worse.

So update to the testing:
- With low to medium usage, the phone was down to 20% by 19:00;
- By 23:00, it was down to 2%...
- Consider low to medium usage using it to make phone calls and SMS - no apps open.

It shut down and I did a full recharge all night.
So now it's 11:10 AM, I unplugged it at 8:30 AM, and have used it for Facebook, E-Mails, Foursquare and Twitter all via Wi-Fi. It's down to 94%.

I'll let you know how it is by the end of the day. I'm hoping that the full recharge might have done the trick.
