Locked ipad with Mobileme.com App

Can anyone help me out with figuring out how to get rid of the password used to lock the ipad when using the Find My iPhone app along with MobileMe..?
Any help would be appreciated.

It should be the same as the normal passcode lock.

Settings->General->Passcode Lock->Turn Passcode Off.

If the ipad is currently unlocked, it will only offer a popup OK dialogue instead of requiring a passcode to unlock.
