Notification sounds vs incoming call tones

Is it possible to turn off the incoming call ringtone, but still have new messages and new mail notifications tones be heard?

I am not supposed to get calls at work, but e-mails (through my work account) are fine and would like to hear when they are recieved. I use this as my work PDA, but do not want hear incoming calls.

iphone 4, iOS 4

Create a silent ringtone and set it as the default ringtone when you are work and you can leave on any other notifications you choose.
