Q: iPCU(iPhone Configuration Utility) don't open in Windows 7 after reboot.

I've installed the latest iPCU(iPhone Configuration Utility)3.3. Configured & installed my exchange email profile in my iPhone 3GS. After I rebooted the system I'm not able to open the iPCU again & it don't give any error also. I tested this issue in 2 other Windows 7 system with the same problem.
