pages - TOC , TOC is displayed through out the document

I solved the problem of the TOC splaying all through the document. The problem was in the text. Not all text was settled in styles. Go to styles drawer and check that all text is not showing as a red triangle in style. Must be black. Having unsettled text in the field throws off the TOC and causes malfunction of the TOC. Capisce?

Apple HQ didn't know this, it's not in any manuals, and it took about eight hours to figure it out and correct. Worth it for a TOC I guess. Someone should write a concise, complete, how to manuel for Pages, read, CONCISE. Works great now, very clean and easy, like my wife.
