PRINTING TEXT MESSAGES

Is it possible to print text messages from my 3GS or Iphone 4. I have a large number of text messages I do not wish to loose and would like a printed hard copy. Can anyone help ?

There are apps in the app store (e.g. Print Magic, others as well) that will let you print basically anything that you can select and copy to the clipboard. They print to wifi printers.

Alternatively, copy and paste them into an app that lets you save them as files - something like evernote which would let you paste them to a note file, and upload it to your google account as a file. Then access the file on google from a computer and print it.

I use a app called iPhone SMS Exporter and you can download the desktop application. Whenever you perform a backup - your txt messages can be retrieved using the desktop application and then you can export the messages to html.

I used SMS Exporter as well for this...worked great. Then after 4.3 update next sync all my text messages were ERASED!! Thank god i backed them up the ones i had wanted to keep before!! But beware of 4.3 update...nothing but trouble i have had 2 major issues so far.

Try this tutorials: How to print iPhone text messages

It lets you save your text messages as a MHT file and then you can print out your sms conversations.

Yes, you can take screen shots and print them. You can also try a third party program. I use decipher text message to save and print out my work sms messages for safe keeping. It prints them out with the bubbles just like on the phone itself. 🙂

I used Vibosoft iPhone backp extractor, it can extracta ll data from iPhone to computer:
