Similar to Jeopardy App

Hi, I am going to be teaching a class very soon. My lesson will be about the iTouch. I want to make an activity that will involve the iTouch. I want to make a powerpoint or keynote or something of the sort with questions. And the different teams can reply using there ipod touch's. I want their answers to be sent to my mac, so I can review their answers and keep score. Is there an app that will allow the students to send a written answer, instead of just a letter to a multiple choice question?
