I can't download games in my iPad

I bought my iPad in February, 2011 and since this I cannot download games(like Angry Birds,Cut The Rope and others).When I click in links that say "Download this game in the App Store" or when I search their names in the App Store,the iPad shows the message: "Your request could not be completed". What can I do? I am 13 and I don't know too much about technology,so please help me! Thank you.

Do you have an iTunes Store account? And if so have you got any credit on it to buy apps with? You won't have your own credit card but you might have an iTunes card to redeem.

If your accessing iTunes though a webpage and getting a message you can't download those games. Those games are not sold in your country.
