iTunes Connect....VERY SLOW!!!

was able to upload some screenshots and submitting my app, but it was a horrible experience. Yesterday it was so slow it could not be done. You wonder if apple is able to create a scalable web service.. Did they use drunken students to implement itunesconnect?
Same thing here. Unusable. Time outs. Then "An error occured" or "Your session has timed out".
Try to connect using Safari browser. Maybe Chrome does't support all futures of portal.
Won't help .... safari chrome firefox its a server problem......
I'm also having ongoing connection and timeout problems. I need access to Managing Game Center, but every time I try to set up a new leaderboard, the connection times out and my session is lost.
It's 2013, not 2003. One would expect Apple would have best practices in place by now so that these kinds of server problems don't happen. Too many businesses depend on iTunes Connect.
Try to access for 2-3 hours!!
Are you joking. I try to add WARNING message to the app update notes. What if my users will loose their data and tommorrow i will have 5000 1 starred reviews?!
Couldn't access it at all yesterday and can't do didildy squat today. Very frustrating!!
Review times are slowly climbing... http://reviewtimes.shinydevelopment.com/
Trying to upload a binary here on the east coast US. Xcode is able to validate the binary with ITC but gets jammed when trying to upload.
Same here, impossible to submit an app, it just time out... Very frustrating.
Trying to create new app from past 2 days and its sending me back to login page, trying from past few hours unable to create app, some times session time out at last step, its horrible can't expect such thing from apple. Unable to create one app in one day as well.
It would have been much better if Apple send us
- email message telling that there is apparently problem in their system and it may take a week or so
- prepare some sort of status page for iTunesconnect alone, since the situation tend to be similar to previous major incident
As far as I remember this problem has been around for years. My assumption is that initially the system has wrong design and it may take lots of efforts/time to re-build a new one. So they choose the option to "maintain" or "patch" whatever they got.
Anyway, I think Apple is rather irritating developers with such incidents.
session expired... gateway timeout... down for system maintenance…
If I provided this level of service, my customers would be leaving in droves.
It’s just a web page... show the fields, validate the data, show the next screen..
After a few pages of input it kicks me out. It does not remember my input, so I am forced to try again. So far after around 10 attempts I cannot get past the 4th page.
How about shutting it off until it’s ready? Simple concept.
Waste of time....
Thanks Obama...
I can't connect now. Please apple guys!! When will you allow?😠
