Same here. Completely unusable. Cannot even manage apps or click the link to contact Apple.
Consistently receive:
Gateway Timeout
The proxy server did not receive a timely response from the upstream server.

I'm from Norway, very slow connection. Can't test In-App Purchase. When I'm trying to log in to itunesconnect get this error:

Same for me : I can't connect and can't see sales in the iPhone app... (iTunes Connect France)
In Norway here as well, keeps loging out every 2 minutes so it's impossible to complete any tasks like adding new In-app purchases.
Same here in Romania for the last couple of days... I hope Apple will fix this because it is almost impossible for now to access iTunes Connect...
Unusable here in the UK. Sometimes says my session has expired straight after logging in. Intermittent usability then hangs (usually when submitting updated info).
