iTunes Connect....VERY SLOW!!!

Agreed. It would have been nice to know that the new icons were required too...instead I got a pathetic, generic rejection email when I tried to upload to the app store:

Dear developer,

We have discovered one or more issues with your recent delivery for "****************". Your delivery was successful, but you may wish to correct the following issues in your next delivery:

Invalid Image - For iOS applications, icons included in the binary submission must be in the PNG format.

• If your application supports the iPhone device family, you must include square icons of the following dimensions: 57x57 pixels and 120x120 pixels.
• If your application supports the iPad device family, you must include square icons of the following dimensions: 72x72 pixels, 76x76 pixels and 152x152 pixels

For Mac OS X applications, icons included in the binary submission must be in the ICNS format and must include a square 512x512@2x image.

If you would like to update your binary for this app, you can reject this binary from the Binary Details page in iTunes Connect. Note that rejecting your binary will remove your app from the review queue and the review process will start over from the beginning when you resubmit your binary.

Same here, its imposible to upload or do anything on itunes connect.

if you are lucky an itunnes connect let you in, some apps are "upload received" and never "waiting for review.

Same in Russia. Can't change app state to "ready to receive binary". Got permanent session drop in browser.

Same in Spain. Not even possible to change meta info or screenshots.

Same sad situation in Brazil....

Hey, I'm unable to do my job again because Apple can't keep their services up. What a surprise.

That rejection letter doesn't make clear whether you HAVE to resubmit, either.

I am trying to upload my app for first time..This itunesConnect problem makes me ugggh...

Having exactly the same problem... first app and definitely not the right moment to post it seeing last months' offline increase.

Same problem in France... can't update screenshots or meta infos.

Same in the UK. 24hrs ago I was struggling to add screen shots and requests kept timing out. I'm trying again tonight and just get

iTunes Connect is temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance.
Try again later

...only I dont think it was scheduled as I normally an email is sent out before downtime
