How do I get latest version of Bonjour

I found out I need Bonjour in order to sync my new Iphone Documents to Go software with my PC. It seems to be installed, at least it appears in my list of Add/Remove programs. However as far as I know I've never used it and it could be corrupted. It doesn't work anyway; during Documents to Go troubleshooting, one step was to get Remote application to see if even ITunes would sync with my new IPhone, which I tried and it also doesn't work. I go to Apple software support and can't find anywhere to download a clean copy of it Bonjour. I did Google bonjour, and tried to download a copy, but was told I already had a newer version of Bonjour installed. Does anyone know how I can get a copy of Bonjour?
