Organizing MP4 Files

I have a bunch of MP4 files on my computer that I tried to add to my iTunes. They are video files of a TV show that I really like, however when I add them to my library they get filed under Movies rather than TV shows so I can't organize them like I want. I went on google to search this and people seemed to say that I could change the video type under the Video tab in Get Info, but I have downloaded the most recent version of iTunes and have not found that there is a panel to do that. I also tried dragging them into the TV shows section but that didn't work either. Does anyone know how I can change the location/type of these files? It'd make it possible to organize them, which I can't do right now

Thanks

I had another question that I was curious about, and you were so helpful before that I was hoping maybe I could get some more help.

Now that I have my files under TV Shows and I have put them on my iPod, when I go to play them on my iPod it shows the title of each episode and underneath it says "Unknown Release Date"

Is there any way I can go into iTunes and enter the release date for each episode? I added the release date of the season as a whole as being 2010 but I know the date for each episode and could add that, or could I possibly get my iPod to not show that line that says unknown release date?

Thanks again
