Plantronics Backbeat 903+ play/pause not working after iphone 4.3 upg

i have the similar problem but mine works with a call but the music it wont work. I did the same thing and upgraded to 4.3 with an iphone4. Let me know if you get any luck thanks

I just purchased a plantronics BackBeat 903+. It works flawlessly inside. When I go outside and put it in my pocket, it acts as though I am too far away from it. I sent the first one back because I thought it was faulty. As it turns out, I think it's the 4.3.1. I don't know if anyone else is having this problem. P.S. I can hold my iPhone 4 in may hand outside and there is no problem. It's only in my pocket with different pants on (I thought that might make a difference)
