Using Apple remote to control Youtube playback

I was watching a Youtube guitar video and trying to rewind and fast forward with the Apple remote. At one point I accidentally made the video move in slow motion but I've been unable to do it again. Anyone understand exactly how combinations of clicks work? One click seems to move video backwards and a double click scrolls it back fast. Any time-saving help would be welcome!

Powerbook G4, Mac OS X (10.4.11), imac, iphone 4

Oops I found this forum searching for a way to control youtube with an apple remote (youtube the website). I didnt realize I jumped into the "Apple TV" forums.
There used to be apps that let you control youtube the website using the original apple remote (for laptops). I thought this discussion was about that

I figured it out myself, so if you're interested . . . To move forward or back in slow motion pause playback then use the forward or back on the wheel thing.
