1. Is there a way to change the audio icon in a slide? I don't like the megaphone-like picture. I'd like to change it to a pic better suiting my topic. It is possible on PC, so there must be a way to do it on Mac.

2. Is there a way to insert not a whole sound file but a fragment of it and, if possible, make it fade at a certain point?

Thanks in advance

    Hi,

    I would start here http://www.microsoft.com/mac/how-to

There would be the place to ask about an Office Product.

You have asked in the Leopard > iChat and iChat Sharing forum and my knowledge on this is a little limited.

To change the iCon would mean substituting a different pic within the Application's Resources folder.
It seems you cannot Group an audio File to a pic (even if the Pic Hide/covers the Audio File icon) and have that Pic "play the Sound"

After that I would play around with the Animation settings.

(I was looking in the 08 version out of interest).
