Lock screen zoomed in

My iPhone 4 zoomed in on the lock screen out of not where. I restored the phone but it went right back to it. A little Help.

try double tapping the screen with 3 fingers. sounds like you have accidentally activate zoom.

The zoom feature is covered in the manual.

Page 243:

"Zoom in or out: Double-tap the screen with three fingers. By default, the screen is magnified 200 percent. If you manually change the magnification (by using the tap- and-drag gesture, described below), iPhone automatically returns to that magnification when you zoom in by double-tapping with three fingers."

Wasn't aware of this feature, not needing the accessibility options, so didn't recognise the strange zoomed in portion of the lock screen on my daughter's iPod touch.

What seemed worrying was that a reboot and even a hard-reset didn't get rid of it.

I have this stuck on my new iPhone X and am back to Apple after 7 yrs. I used this techniquew 3 Ingres to remove and also in the settings turned off yet it is still stuck on th screen. Please help?
