Look in your Applications folder. "App Store"
If it's not there then you can reinstall from the combo update here.
You have to be running v10.6 or later to install the Mac App Store.

If you have an Intel Mac you can upgrade to Snow Leopard. If you have a PowerMac or G4/G5, you can't.
