Can IMovie trailer music be duplicated?

We are working on a project where we have taken a spy trailer theme and converted it into a project. We want to begin and end with spy music/motion/captions with video in the middle. If the video is 3 mins long and the spy theme music is only 1:11, we will need to run it more than once to get it to fit the whole project.

Is there any way to duplicate the song and use it more than once? It isn't listed in the sound effects.

Thanks for any advice.

Just open up a new Project w/ the Spy Trailer theme. Then Export as .wav file. That should do it for ya!

All the elements for Trailers, including music, are located in iMovie's package contents. In Finder, go to Applications>iMovie.app. Right-click (or Control-click) on iMovie.app and select "Show Package Contents" from the pop-up menu. Click on Contents then Resources. In the Resources folder you will find all the soundtracks. The one you want is named "SoundTrack-Spy.m4a". Drag that to your Desktop, iTunes or other preferred location to copy it to that location.

NOTE: Be careful while in Package Contents not to disturb, move or rename etc anything, as this may cause problems in iMovie! However, it's quite safe to copy items.
