educational discount for ipad 2

On the onlin eeducation store, it shows no discounted price for the iPad2, so I would say still, no.

You cannot! I use mine for lectures as well ... you can however use it for a tax deduction!

Sorry, but there are no educational discounts for the iPad, nor any of the iOS devices, unless you want to buy a 10-pack of the original iPad and then the discount is only $20.00 US per unit.

As stated before, it is an iOS device and none of these haver ever had an educational discount.

If you're asking why there's no multipack pricing for the iPad 2 when there is for the iPad 1, it's almost certainly due to the general shortage of stock of the iPad 2 at this time. Otherwise, sorry, but I have no knowledge of why Apple's pricing decisions are made as they are. I can only guess, and pricing discussions really aren't appropriate for these forums which are intended for technical support issues, so we'll just have to leave it at that.
