I'm sure this has been brought up in the forums, but I am unable to find an answer to my question. Can someone give my some insite as to the scratch resistance of the screen. If you have any personal experience with either it scratching or being scratch resistance, please share your thoughts.
I have been looking all over the web, but I am not able to find any concrete answers. I am debating on getting the power support anti-glare film when they are released.
Well I havent had any scratches yet, but the smart cover does act as a great screen protector and cleaner when the ipad is not in use.
I used to have zagging invisishield on my iOS devices but it is hard to keep that on the iPhone 4. However, I di manage to get a scratch on the iPhone 4. (I wish it had a smart cover for the front.)
So far iPad 2 seems as durable as the iPhone 4, but obviously I'm not trying to scratch it. Hopefully that helps some.
My ipad 2 dropped less than a foot when it slipped out of the apple magnets on their new "cover". Shattered completely. It very very fragile.!!! I had it 5 days when this happened.
Thanks for the reply's. I'm sorry to hear about ur iPad Lisa. I noticed on my iPhone 4 I got really small scratches while cleaning the screen with a microfiber cloth. I guess that would be my question more so the damaging the screen.
