Sirius/XM app

Sirius/XM app

I downloaded the Sirius/XM app this morning and proceeded to log in the screen switched to checking credentials and has been there for the last 6 hours. On my previous smart phone this only took about two minutes. Does anyone know how to exit the screen or fix it? Thanks for the help!

Press the Home button.

Else, try resetting your iPhone by pressing the home and sleep buttons until you see the Apple logo, ignoring the slider. Takes about 5-15 secs of button holding and you won't lose any data or settings.

Double tap the home button to bring up the multitasking bar, tap & hold the icon until it starts to wiggle, tap the red minus sign, see if you can close it here.

Actually I restarted, redownloaded and otherwise fooled around with my phone for 2 hours before I realized that my credit card number was causing the problem. Dumb!
