Question

21 million minutes.

My ipod says disabled for 21 million minutes after not using it for one month. I've read other discussions similar to this and it says restore but the problem is, the iPod Touch won't even appear in iTunes, let alone restore it and I also do not have it backed up. Please, can you help me?

You need to place the iPod in recovery mode and then restore it via iTunes. For recovery mode see the following. However, you will lose everything since your last backup.
