iPhone 4 messed up after update

I just tried updating my iPhone 4 from 4.0.1 or something like that. I haven't done anything to it before, and It's bought through Apple Store.

Anyway, when I tried updating it through iTunes I got some message saying I couldn't update the iPhone.

Now, the only thing I see on my iPhone screen is an image of the iTunes-logo and the USB-cable.

I tried to turn it off/on, but still the same problem. I also tried rebooting my computer - still the same problem.

I can't even find my iPhone in the iTunes navigation either.

WHAT THE FU¤#"/(¤#" is wrong??????????
