May 5, 2014 6:58 PM in response to Trusteer Supportby ajgiii,Ayala,
Thank you for monitoring this thread and for responding to my comment.
My question was simple: Where is Trusteer installed on my Mac? Using Spotlight, searching a number of combinations of the name, including that recommended by your chat help, produced no files on my Mac, yet the green icon was operating on my browser.
I gave your trained staff over 20 minutes to answer the Q. No use giving TR any more time. Please post the answer here, because I suspect other Mac users would find the information useful.

Actually, I know nothing about uninstalling Rapport. I've never located a Rapport demo, and since it's not malware or adware, I haven't tried to uncover precise removal instructions.

May 7, 2014 7:45 AM in response to thomas_r.by Lexiepex,I did not overestimate you Thomas: but there ARE more. Your site is indispensable, even if there are no instructions there to remove Rapport. On the other hand there are enough threads here where removal is discussed. Thank you for your attention. I love it knowing you will scan a lot of threads here. I learn from it. Lex

May 7, 2014 7:54 AM in response to Lexiepexby andyBall_uk,We know there are more, I guess that the recent post was intended to address logs & other files not dealt with by the uninstall instructions; although those will normally remove the prefpane & main /Library/Rapport folder in any case.

Jul 23, 2015 4:28 PM in response to runnerfunby Socioenvironmentalist,Just uninstalled Rapport after reading this thread. My mac runs like he was 5 years younger.
IBMs website with uninstall instructions is out already, as they don't want to make it easier for users to uninstall it.
