All window users! Free video converter that works!!!

I couldn't get sound or my widescreen movies to play right using the ipod convert from videora so i used PSP Video 9 and it worked perfect. From the same company i believe.

videora works amazing for me i use it all the time converts them pefectly

after i convert them and then put into the ipod, the movies arent as high quality as they should be, the background is usually fuzzy, along with darkened areas

Can I ask what format you've converted the files to? I use the same product and it generates the file witha MP4 extension; When I try and import the video, my Itunes software only looks for .XML or m3u and doesn't recongnize the converted file that really is there. Any suggestions?

Hey. I've used videora before... it's okay, but the best free windows video-to-ipod converter I've found is the 3gp_converter:

It's some crazy japanese program, so you have to set the language to english, but it works great. I've converted various avi movies perfectly with it, and even vob rips from dvd's. All you have to do is drag and drop the videos you want to convert onto the program window. It'll also let you drag multiple files for conversion to add it to a queue, unlike videora.
