If you are talking about Ruby characters above the normal characters, I highly doubt Apple will provide these, however they are available in *iText Express* and *iText Pro.* Two excellent word processors.

What is Ruby characters? I can't find it in the dictionary.

In Japanese to help readers learning the complex Kanji (Chinese) characters, small ruby characters in the syllabic katakana or hiragana or latin romaji are written just above the character to show the pronunciation.
