duble sided scan (HP 8500)

Anyone happen to know if I can do a double sided scan on my HP 8500 deskjet?

Is there a workaround where I do the even sided pages first and the odd pages second and merge them somehow?

thanks.

hotwheels,

Yes, you can use the document feeder and do double sided scans. In the Image Capture program, click on the printer in the left pane. Once it warms up you'll have options on the right pane. Change Scan Mode: to Document Feeder, check the Duplex box a few lines further down.

Edit: You might have to click the "show details" button on the bottom right.
