Sketchbook Express vs. Pro

Can anyone tell me what the difference is between Sketchbook Express and Sketchbook Pro?
I've only been able to find:
1-price
2-3 layers (express) vs. 6 layers (pro)

Thanks

hi, there is some difference between express and pro. I think the most important part is you can't open layered image on express (image will merge).
and pro provide image editing option, such as hue, saturation, contrast, etc.
you can see other difference by clicking "more" on appstore for each product.
btw, i'm not related with autodesk.

oh, one more thing, express also provide 6 layers.

Sketchbook Xpress is jut the trial version for Sketchbook Pro. It is a decent enough trial though, it has plenty of tools if you are an ethusiast and only doodle for fun. You cannot save layered work though as all layers will merge on save and you only have 6 layers to work with. Additionally you will not have the full range of Copic colors or the ability to rasterize your text work or switch between layer blending modes, you will also not be able to create custom brushes and the like.

If you get pro you get access to everything, infinite layers, tons of bleding options, the ability to make your own brushes, the awesome Copic marker set and copic marker tools.

I used xpress for a few months before buying pro and can say it was worth every penny. The Pro version is super robust and lets you crank out ideas fast without having to learn so much about the software before hand.

I do not own an iPad so I am not too sure, but there is a feature on the Desktop version that allows you to send your file directly via e-mail. This feature is also available on the desktop Xpress version. Make sure you have updated your SKB Express version to the latest (which also allows you to preserve layers) and save the file as a tiff file. You should then be able to follow the on-screen prompts to e-mail it and retreive it from your e-mail.
