I am having the exact issue. 4.3 was fine. 4.3.1 drains my phone completely with no usage in 6-8 hours. Last night I charged before I went to sleep. I woke up this morning 10% battery left. Before 4.3.1 I could charge every other day with normal constant usage. So I would say if it was solved... It has created another problem.

same issue here. skipped 4.3 as i always get stuck with a buggy upgrade.. upgraded to 4.3.1 battery was dead within 8 hours. Didnt use the phone once apart from set a calendar reminder.. everything was off, data, wifi, no calls, no text and it was in sleep mode all of the time all tasks were killed also. this is crazy battery drain.. need a fix asap..

Yesterday .. I slept with my iPhone 99% charged and i wake up found it 36% this happened after i upgraded to 4.3.1 .. prior to the upgrade the battery was good and normal .. now i'm thinking to downgrade and after some research on the internet found that 4.2/4.2.1 are the best for my iPhone .. if any one needs help on downgrading their iOS .. feel free to contact me by email

I had also a drainage problem after 4.3 and 4.3.1 on my IP4. First I tried the following:

1. Turned of ping and game center
2. Log out off app store
3. Disable notification
4. Reset network
5. Reset by pressing the home button + sleep/wake button

But either of this helped. Finally I restored my Iphone using the latest backup and charged it for 4-5 hours. Now my iPhone is working like before 4.3. Here´s a good tutorial on restoring: http://cellphones.about.com/od/howtoguides/ss/restore_iphone.htm

exactly .. without SHSH blobs .. you're screwed and as far as I know you can only save your SHSH blobs via J@ilbre@k app

but on the other hand i did a restore from iTunes and battery works fine now .. just like normal .. no drains .. don't ask how or why .. cuz i was on 4.3.1 havin' a battery drain .. did a restore and the battery drain stops !!
just give it a try to restore via iTunes it won't take much time
and I did J@ilbre@k it btw

ppl .. I suffered from battery drain after i upgraded to 4.3.1 and i failed to downgrade my iPhone4 to 4.2.1 cuz i didn't save my SHSH blobs .. so I had to restore my iPhone4 via iTunes and after the restore is done the battery drain stops .. so ppl .. try to restore your iPhones it won't take much time .. it worked with me so i decided to share it with everybody
