I was very clear with mu question I WANT TO SYNC FROM MY IPHONE TO MY LAPTOP NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND.
And I was VERY clear with my answer. Copied from my first reply to you.
+If your laptop includes Outlook 2003, 2007, or 2010, you can sync contacts and calendar events with Outlook on your laptop in the same way you were syncing with Outlook on your Desktop. If Outlook on your laptop is empty - it doesn't include any contacts or calendar events, before the first sync for this data with Outlook on your laptop, enter one contact and one calendar event in Outlook on your laptop. This will provide a merge prompt with the first sync for this data, which you want to select. If Outlook on your laptop has been used - it includes at least one contact and one calendar event, you will be provided a merge prompt with the first sync for this data which you want to select. Syncing contacts and calendar events with a supported application on your computer is selected under the Info tab for your iPhone sync preferences with iTunes.+

You indicated you have Outlook 2007 available on your laptop. Check.

If your Outlook address book and calendar on your laptop includes at least one contact and one calendar event and you've selected Sync Contacts with Outlook and Sync Calendars with Outlook under the Info tab for your iPhone sync preferences with iTunes, you will be provided a merge prompt with the first sync for this data, which you want to select.
THIS IS THE ONLY WAY TO GET YOUR IPHONE CONTACTS AND CALENDAR EVENTS IN OUTLOOK ON YOUR LAPTOP.
The sync process for contacts and calendar events is a bidirectional or true sync process but if the supported address book and calendar application on your computer is empty when your iPhone includes contacts and calendar events, all contacts and calendar events on your iPhone will be erased with the first sync for this data with the supported application on your computer. If the supported address book and calendar application on your computer includes at least one contact and one calendar event, you will be provided a merge prompt with the first sync for this data, which you want to select. This will transfer your iPhone contacts and calendar events to the supported address book and calendar on your computer with the first sync, which must be selected under the Info tab for your iPhone sync preferences with iTunes. After the initial merge for this data with the supported application on your computer, the data will be kept synchronized between the two with the following syncs with iTunes.
