Ipad 2 - Exchange Problems

Has anyone experienced any issues setting up exchange on the new iPads, I have a bunch of first version iPads and never had any issues setting them to use our exchange server. With the iPad 2, I am unable to configure to get email, keeps saying "Unable to verify the account". I know my settings are correct, are there differences between ipad 1 and ipad 2?
Thanks

Thanks, my first gen is at least at 4.3 and I able delete and re-create my email account without any issues. I actually have asked out exchange guys to take a look to make sure that their settings are correct. Just seems really weird that it works well with the first gen but not with the 2nd gen.
Thanks

Hi

Quite many struckling still with the same problem... And no clear reason found from different discussion boards.

Here you go, one more alternative:

So I got this "cannot connect to server" error also lately (after recreating my account with new, after repair, ipad2). And it didn't make sense as mobile connection (linked earlier) worked fine as well as previous ipad. After digging out, finally found that you can have only 10 mobile devices linked to your Outlook exchange sync. I needed to go to Outlook web app --> setting --> devices and remove unused machines from the sync list and then I was again able to sync my ipad :)

Sorry guys, my apologizes, I was not receiving email notifications. I have changed that.

As for the certificates, we use signed certificates, and the one that I was using was incorrect thus causing my errors.

The certificates can be installed or downloaded, for example when I connect an iPad to our wireless network, i am prompted to accept out wireless certificate. I can also load certificates via the iphone configuration utility.

What sort of errors are you guys getting, I will try and help as much as I can. Still fairly new to this as well but don't mind lending a hand.
