Compatible Case with Smart Cover
Also, I'm looking for a screen protector, which models would you recommend? I noticed some protectors worsen the resolution.

I ordered the following product and is yet to ship. It is supposed to be ready for shipping this week or next week and is on pre-order now. I was in the same boat as you trying to find a case that I can use in conjunction with the smart cover and this is the only one that I could find. Hope this helps.

I came to this link after looking for smart cover compatible TPU cases on google. I ended up buying this case: http://cgi.ebay.com/BLACK-SMART-COVER-COMPANION-TPU-CASE-APPLE-IPAD-2-/220764882 594
I think mine is great. I've been using it ever since I got it and it's perfect. It has a great tight fit. Textured a bit, but matte so it's not too sticky. Easy to clean. Couldn't be happier. Plus it's even lower priced now: http://cgi.ebay.com/BLACK-SMART-COVER-COMPANION-TPU-CASE-APPLE-IPAD-2-/220764882 594?pt=US_Tablet_Accessories&hash=item33669cc6a2#ht_2869wt_1139
I received it, but ended up replacing it with the Incipio Smart Feather. I didn't like the cimousa version because there's a small border that went over the glass. And because of the TPM, it slid around and was fairly easy to remove inadvertently.
The Smart Feather is made out of polycarbonate which makes it more rigid. Also, it has no soft borders. Instead, it attaches to the aluminum border of the iPad (right before the glass).
If anyone is interested in protecting their iPad, iPod, iPhone, etc, check out Proporta cases with an aluminium screen protector.
Not for 'penny pinchers' but will keep the i device safe!
Top tip for iPad 2 users: turn off the iPad cover lock to avoid the dreaded 'black screen' effect!
The Snapback is a great quality for a decent price. TPU feel on both the inside and outside. http://www.amazon.com/gp/search?me=A1G8NY2B3UPR47
