Macbook air can it handle Photoshop?

I have a 27 inch iMac as my main computer. The MBA would be a travel computer,a computer to take to class. I just won the Adobe CS5 premium suite, which includes Potoshop as well as Acrobat pro.
My concern is that MBA would not have the power to handle the needs of Photoshop.
The MBA wins hands down for ease of travel ,classroom and casual use from the sofa.
Opinions and comments?

Is the 13″ Macbook Air A Good Laptop for the Digital Photographer?

That's a good article, but the comparison should now be to the 2011 MacBook Pro, which is covered in this AnandTech review: http://www.anandtech.com/show/4205/the-macbook-pro-review-13-and-15-inch-2011-br ings-sandy-bridge

When I was looking at the MacBook Airs, I came to the conclusion that I wanted one for portability and reduced weight, and that expecting it to be a graphics computer was a mistake. I really don't want to do serious editing in Photoshop without at least a 15" screen that can be calibrated properly and is preferably matte/anti-glare. Consequently, I decided to forget about running Photoshop and got the 11" Air, which truly is ultra-compact and ultra-light. If I had no choice but to run Photoshop on an Air, I'd get the 13", but to my mind the 15" MacBook Pro with the high resolution, anti-glare option makes more sense if Photoshop is a priority. I also think that the new Thunder Port in the MacBook Pros is going to be very handy for people who want to move around/back up large files of images.
