Cannot access iTunes Store from Apple TV
I know my Apple ID (my email address) and password are correct, but keep getting "Unable to Sign In" messages.
Does anyone else have this issue, and can provide help on this?

Thank you, resetting Apple TV did the trick.
It's a straightforward port-forwarding issue.
You need to forward ports to the internal ip address of your apple tv as follows:
TCP 123
TCP 3689
UDP 5353
TCP 80
TCP 4343
TCP 53
This may also solve other problems you may have with homesharing...

I have this problem and thought about restarting, but it seems that I will lose the 3 hours of time it took to download the program. Then if it happens again during all this waiting time I could have the problem all over again. Why do I have to keep doing this to keep the iTunes Store connection when Netflix connects easily.
