I updated the Apple TV OS several weeks ago, and have not been able to connect to my iTunes store since. I use this infrequently.

I know my Apple ID (my email address) and password are correct, but keep getting "Unable to Sign In" messages.

Does anyone else have this issue, and can provide help on this?
