Using a Windows Keyboard with the Mac Mini

I bought myself a Mac Mini as an early Christmas present (I love it BTW and from this point on I'll never go back to Windows .. except maybe when an Intel based PowerMac is released so I can dual boot to play Counter Strike 2) and I have a keyboard question.

I'm using a Windows keyboard that has the Windows logo key and the right click pop-up menu key. Is there any way in OS X to customize things so that I can use one of these keys as the Apple Command key? Also my Home and End keys don't seem to be working at all. The keyboard itself is a cheap, off the shelf USB keyboard that I bought the other day. When I first booted the Mac Mini it couldn't detect the keyboard and it asked me to press the keys located to the left and right of the shift keys. Is that normal for a USB Windows Keyboard or did I just buy one that isn't fully supported? The box claimed it worked with both PC's and Mac's but the drivers CD only had drivers for Windows.
