Hello Birlas,

From your iPod's tech specs:
H.264 video, up to 1.5 Mbps, 640 by 480 pixels, 30 frames per second, Low-Complexity version of the H.264 Baseline Profile with AAC-LC audio up to 160 Kbps, 48kHz, stereo audio in .m4v, .mp4, and .mov file formats; H.264 video, up to 2.5 Mbps, 640 by 480 pixels, 30 frames per second, Baseline Profile up to Level 3.0 with AAC-LC audio up to 160 Kbps, 48kHz, stereo audio in .m4v, .mp4, and .mov file formats; MPEG-4 video, up to 2.5 Mbps, 640 by 480 pixels, 30 frames per second, Simple Profile with AAC-LC audio up to 160 Kbps, 48kHz, stereo audio in .m4v, .mp4, and .mov file formats

So the videos you wish to sync to your iPod must be in one of the above formats. If you have already imported the video successfully into iTunes but still cannot sync it to your iPod, you can use iTunes built in converter. To do this, highlight the video, right->click on it and choose *Create iPod or iPhone version*.

If you need to convert a video into a format that is acceptable for iTunes, you are going to need the help of 3rd party software. [MPEG Streamclip|http://www.squared5.com> is a good one, but there are plenty of others out there.

And here is more information on syncing movies to your iPod.

Well you did ask about what formats to sync to your video and I was merely supplying additional information on how to get your videos into those formats. 🙂

It sounds like it was removed from the *Main Menu*. To add or remove items in the main menu:
1 Choose Settings > Main Menu.
2 Choose each item you want to appear in the main menu. A checkmark indicates which
items have been added.

Any luck with that?
