MacOs doesn't detect alcatel usb

Hi,

I've got an alcatel usb ot x-220 modem, although I can install it correctly, after installing it and opening the program HSPA USB MODEM, it gives me the error No device detected. I've tried with another alcatel usb ot x-225 modem, reinstalling but it doesn't work.

I use a Mac Book Pro 2011 i 5 - 10.6.6

I have used the same device in another two macbooks pro (of some friends):
- In a Mac Book 2011 Pro i 5 - 10.6.6 and it doesn't work
- In a an older version of macbook pro Core 2 Duo 2008 and it works ok


How may I solve this problem ?
